Refund and Returns Policy

At Dreck Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of digital goods and services, our refund and return policy follows specific rules and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

We deal with multiple categories of products, including PC Games, Subscriptions, Game Top-Up Services, Gift Cards, Software, Proxy Bdix Bypass, and SMM Services. Each category has different eligibility criteria for refunds.

Refunds are always processed through the same payment method that was used during the purchase. We only allow refunds through our official payment gateways: Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Binance, and Visa Card.
Refunds will always be sent back to the same account or number from which the payment was originally made. If any exception is required, customers must first contact us through our official support channels.

PC Games

This includes: Epic Games, Steam Games, Microsoft Games, Xbox Games, Online Activation Games, Offline Activation Games, FiveM Ready Accounts, and Region Change.

• Online Activation Games:
  Refunds are not possible once a game has been successfully activated on your account. If the activation is completed but the game does not run on your account, you may request a refund.

• PC Games (purchased directly):
  Once we have purchased a game for you, refunds are not possible. This applies whether you later change your mind or encounter personal issues with the game.

• Game License Keys:
  License keys are strictly non-refundable, as they are directly purchased and delivered once. Refunds will only be granted if we fail to deliver the product.

• Automatic Refunds:
  If we are unable to deliver the game, or if the price has changed making delivery impossible, we will automatically process a refund against your order ID.

Subscriptions

This includes: Netflix, Canva Pro, Xbox Game Pass, Filmora Pro, Amazon Prime, Perplexity Pro, Crunchyroll, ChatGPT, Amazon Prime Gaming, Discord, Adobe Creative Cloud, Disney Plus, NordVPN, ExpressVPN, HBO Max, Hoichoi, and others.

• Once a subscription is delivered, it is non-refundable unless there is a technical issue we cannot resolve.

• If your subscription account (e.g., Netflix, Canva, NordVPN) does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, you will be eligible for a refund.

• Refund requests must be made on the first day of activation. Any requests after multiple days of usage (e.g., 3 days later) will not be accepted.

• Shared or pre-activated subscriptions are also non-refundable unless completely non-functional.

Game Top-Up Services

This includes: Free Fire, Valorant, Clash of Clans, FC Mobile, PUBG Mobile, Marvel Rivals, eFootball, Steam Points, and Farlight 84.

• Game Top-Up services are non-refundable under any circumstances once the top-up has been processed.

• If incorrect details (wrong Order ID, login credentials, or game UID) are provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.

• Refunds are only possible if we fail to complete the top-up.

Gift Cards

This includes: Steam Wallet, PlayStation Gift Cards, Xbox Gift Cards, Razer Gold, iTunes Gift Cards, Roblox Gift Cards, Discord Nitro Premium (Gift Link), PlayStation Network, and Discord Decoration.

• All gift cards are non-refundable once delivered.

• If a code is proven invalid or defective, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Software

This includes: Windows License Key, WinRAR License Key, Truecaller Premium, and WordPress Plugins.

• Software license keys are strictly non-refundable once delivered.

• Refunds will only be processed if there is a technical issue from our side and we are unable to deliver or activate the product.

Proxy Bdix Bypass

This includes: Bdix Proxy Only Bypass, Bdix Proxy Bypass VIP, and Bdix Proxy Bypass with FTP.

• Refunds are generally not allowed for Proxy Bdix services.

• If the service is activated but does not work on your connection due to low internet speed or compatibility issues, refunds will not be provided.

• Refunds will only be possible if our IPs are not working and you report the issue within 24 hours of activation.

• Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

SMM Services

This includes: Facebook Services, Instagram Services, and TikTok Services.

• If SMM services are successfully delivered to your account (followers, likes, views, etc.), refunds will not be issued.

• If services are not delivered or reduce significantly right after purchase, you may request a refund or replacement.

Random Mystery Box

• Mystery Boxes are non-refundable under all circumstances, as the products are random and automatically generated.

• Since license keys are pre-purchased, once delivered, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• If any delivered key is invalid, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Important Notes

• Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

• We do not use any third-party or unofficial payment services.

• If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us through our official support channels and provide your order ID and proof of purchase.
